How to do the Single-leg Bridge
The Single-leg Bridge is a hips move. You can do it at home on one mat, with no jumping and nothing that shakes the floor.
Form cues
- Lift one leg straight
- Drive your hips up through the planted foot
- Keep your hips level, switch legs halfway
