How to do the Single-leg RDL
The Single-leg RDL is a hips move. You can do it at home on one mat, with no jumping and nothing that shakes the floor.
Form cues
- Stand on one leg, knee soft
- Tip forward, back leg in line with your torso
- Squeeze your glutes to stand, switch legs halfway
