If you don't sign in, your workout records (count per move, finished sessions and when you started them, steps, session length and pull-up bar setting) stay on this device and never reach us. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we store your account identifier, email and the same workout records in your account. Your reminder time and ‘when and where’ line stay on this device even if you sign in. We don't store your answers to the health questions at the start, only whether to begin at the easiest steps. We may also collect how you use the app and error information, without your email.

To let you keep your records across devices and reinstalls, fix errors and improve the service. We never sell personal data.

The app shows a Google AdMob banner at the bottom of the Records, Moves, move detail and session-complete screens, and a small one at the top of the workout screen. To show and measure ads, Google may collect device identifiers, IP address and ad interactions. The app does not ask for iPhone tracking permission, so the advertising identifier (IDFA) is not used. In the EU, UK and similar regions, we ask for ad consent first. Your workout records and email are never used for ads. See Google's policy at policies.google.com/technologies/ads.

Until you delete your account. Sign in, then tap [Delete account] in the account card on the Records screen to delete your account and its records right away. If you can't sign in, email us below. Records stored on your device are removed when you delete the app.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time. Contact us at the email below.

You must be 14 or older to sign in. We don't collect data from children under 14 and delete it as soon as we learn of it.
