How to do the Lateral Bear Crawl

The Lateral Bear Crawl is a crawl move. You can do it at home on one mat, with no jumping and nothing that shakes the floor.

  1. Take small steps to the side
  2. Brace your core, keep the torso still
  3. Knees stay hovering
