How to do the Lateral Crab Walk
The Lateral Crab Walk is a crawl move. You can do it at home on one mat, with no jumping and nothing that shakes the floor.
Form cues
- Face the ceiling, hips up, and walk sideways
- Don't let your hips sag
- Move opposite hand and foot together
