How to do the Feet-elevated Pike Push-up

The Feet-elevated Pike Push-up is a push move. You can do it at home on one mat, with no jumping and nothing that shakes the floor.

Form cues

  1. Toes on the chair, hips over shoulders
  2. Lower your head just in front of your hands
  3. Press back up
