How to do the Wall Handstand Push-up

The Wall Handstand Push-up is a push move. You can do it at home on one mat, with no jumping and nothing that shakes the floor.

Form cues

  1. Start in a handstand facing the wall
  2. Lower for three seconds until your head nearly touches
  3. Press back up, toes sliding on the wall

Your hands carry your weight, so it loads the wrists. If your wrists hurt, tap “My wrists hurt” in the app to switch to a wrist-friendly version.
