How to do the Wall Handstand

The Wall Handstand is a push move. You can do it at home on one mat, with no jumping and nothing that shakes the floor.

벽 핸드스탠드 · Wall Handstand

Form cues

  1. Face the wall, hands a hand-length away
  2. Walk your feet up the wall, quietly
  3. Arms locked, body in one line

Your hands carry your weight, so it loads the wrists. If your wrists hurt, tap “My wrists hurt” in the app to switch to a wrist-friendly version.
